These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the PDF Flip website and services ("PDF Flip" or the "Service"). By accessing or using PDF Flip, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

PDF Flip provides online tools and services to convert documents (including PDF and other supported formats) into flipbook-style publications with a page-turn effect. Features, formats, and availability may change over time.

3. Your Account and Use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and must not use it to distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant PDF Flip the rights necessary to operate the Service (e.g. to store, process, and display your content as part of the flipbook experience). You represent that you have the right to use and publish such content.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of sign-up or renewal. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Subscription and payment may be managed through our payment provider (e.g. Freemius); their terms may also apply.

6. Intellectual Property

PDF Flip and its branding, design, and technology remain the property of PDF Flip or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use our trademarks or materials except as allowed by the Service itself.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
