1. Do you show ads on the flipbooks?
No, there will be no ads on the flipbooks.

2. What support document formats can be converted to flipbooks?
The primary supported format is PDF. The Professional Account Plan additionally supports PPT, PPTX, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, and ODT formats.

3. Is there any limit on the number of pages or size?
There are no limits, but the total disk space of your flipbooks can't exceed your user's plan storage space.
For example, on a Lite 10Gb plan with the typical 2Mb PDF you can have around 5,000 flipbooks online and on a Professional 20Gb plan with the typical 2Mb PDF you can have around 10,000 flipbooks online. You can also delete old flipbooks to get the storage back.

4. What should I expect after placing my order?
Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with your sign-in details so you can immediately access your dashboard and start creating flipbooks.

5. How can I cancel my order?
All payments and subscriptions are managed through Freemius. You can access your Freemius account at any time to manage billing and update your subscription status.
